Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Germany usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email with your tracking link.

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and will be displayed during checkout.

• Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg: €5.90 — free shipping on orders over €150
• Switzerland: CHF 9.90 (duty-free delivery)
• Other EU countries: €9.90 to €14.90
• Outside the EU: €24.90 (no duty-free delivery)

Returns

Orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
